The on-site person in charge of the ignition unit, safety management personnel, technical personnel, as well as those who are responsible for the ignition operation, such as medicinal devices, filling, incineration, testing, etc., should have an ignition operation certificate. A first-class professional and technical personnel shall be available for on-site counseling for class I fireworks.
Class II pyrotechnics should have a mid-level (including intermediate) professional and technical personnel to guide on-site; Class III, IV, V class pyrotechnics should have a junior (including junior) professional and technical personnel to guide on-site: professional and technical personnel should be fireworks Firecrackers ignite related professionals. When fireworks are ignited, full-time safety officers and full-time custodians shall be set up on site.
Minors, other persons who hinder or affect ignition safety should not engage in pyrotechnic ignition operations. The site should be satisfactory and corresponding to the requirements of the corresponding grade and be solid and flat. The safety interval should meet the requirements of the following table. The safety interval in the table can be increased or decreased within ±30% by the evaluation expert depending on the product type.
