Fireworks handling fireworks transport license detailed process
If you need to buy fireworks or to hold a large fireworks party, you need to handle fireworks transport permits as follows;
To obtain a fireworks transport license according to law, the carrier shall apply to the public security organ of the people's government at the county level of the destination, and submit the following relevant materials:
(1) Transport vehicle license plate number, fireworks transport time, starting point, driving route, stopping point.
(2) The shipper engaged in fireworks production, business qualification certificate;
(3) Road transport certificate of dangerous goods transport vehicle;
(4) the carrier's qualification certificate for the transport of dangerous goods;
(5) the qualification certificate of the driver and escort engaged in the transport of dangerous goods;
(6) fireworks product quality and packaging certificate;
(7) The purchase and sale contract of fireworks and the types, specifications and quantities of fireworks transported;
The public security department accepting the application shall examine the relevant materials submitted within 3 days from the date of accepting the application, and issue the "Fireworks road Transport License" to those who meet the conditions; Where the conditions are not met, reasons shall be given.
After the fireworks and firecrackers are transported to the destination, the consignee shall return the "Fireworks and Firecrackers road transport License" to the issuing authority for cancellation within 3 days
