1. Arrange one commander at the discharge site, one electric control operator, and two supplementary fire personnel. All other personnel should be evacuated from the site. Fire and security personnel should also be in a safe place outside the discharge site.

2. After the discharge is completed, after the discharge personnel have completed the inspection, only after confirming the safety report can the order to release the security be issued, and the personnel performing the security task can leave the security post.

3. In short, our on-site staff must not only operate cautiously, but also be familiar with the firing arrangement and their respective responsibilities, in order to operate in an orderly manner, to achieve a safe fireworks display, and to ensure that no mistakes are made during firing, and must be foolproof. Therefore, it is required that each of our dischargers must master some theoretical knowledge and emergency measures related to discharge technology and firework technology, and constantly accumulate experience and lessons in the work, so that we can become a competent discharge technician.
